We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Natural Resources team, working on the Severn Trent water framework from the Wanlip site in Leicestershire.

Location: Wanlip, Leicestershire
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Sub-Agent, you'll work within the Natural Resources, Nuclear, and Networks team, supporting them by managing operational resources (people and physical assets) to implement the project plan safely, on time, and to the required quality, while maximizing customer satisfaction and gross profit.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies and procedures, and Health & Safety policies in accordance with Kier's other H&S related policies and procedures.
• Ensuring all labor, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded, and managing DALUX (Quality Handover Portal) to ensure documents reflect what has been delivered on site.
• Supporting financial forecasts, forecast reviews, final cost and value reviews with the Commercial Team, and promoting cross-division collaboration within the LHA to foster a one-team ethos.
• Implementing and monitoring daily activities (Short Interval Control) in line with the main program, ensuring works are delivered per specifications, and escalating issues where expectations are not met.
• Managing and monitoring Sub-Contractor performance and delivery, overseeing site engineers and Section Engineers, and ensuring quality assurance reporting and daily monitoring are conducted effectively.
