Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Sub Agent for a freelance role in Dorking. You will support mobilisation and pre-construction planning for large infrastructure schemes, establishing engineering management systems and governance processes to ensure safe delivery.

In this early delivery phase you will coordinate documentation, liaison with project teams, and help transition into construction, leveraging your Civil Engineering background, CSCS, SMSTS, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• CSCS and SMSTS.
• Previous experience as a Sub Agent or Section Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of pre-construction planning and project mobilisation.
• Experience producing engineering management documentation and construction phase plans.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Water sector or utilities experience is advantageous but not essential.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Sub Agent looking for your next freelance opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity to join a major civil engineering team, supporting the successful mobilisation and pre-construction planning of large infrastructure schemes.

As a Sub Agent on this project, you will play a key role during the early stages of project delivery, helping establish engineering management systems, project documentation, and governance processes to ensure projects are set up for safe, efficient, and successful delivery.
