Job summary

NA in the Stirling area is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the Project Manager on a civil engineering site, starting ASAP and running through to Christmas 2026.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to handle day-to-day site management, coordinate labour, plant, and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with programme, quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sub Agent or senior site-based role in civil engineering.
• CSCS card, SMSTS qualification and First Aid certification are required.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction and site operations.
• Good organisational and communication skills; ability to work in a site management team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.
• Assist with coordinating site activities, labour, plant, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
• Assist with site documentation, reporting, and quality control.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental requirements are maintained across the site.
• Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and the wider project team.
• Help identify and resolve any issues affecting programme, quality or safety.
• Support the Project Manager in delivering works according to project specifications and programme requirements.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the Project Manager on a civil engineering project close to Stirling, starting ASAP and running through to Christmas 2026.

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Project Manager, providing support with the day-to-day management and delivery of work on site.

Requirements
