Stylist (24 hours per week) - Battersea Power Station, London, England, United Kingdom

Our products are designed in house and made by a small number of suppliers and artisans around the world to sustainable standards. We are embarking on an exciting plan and are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute.

The Role

As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the fundamental link between our products and customers. The majority of the day will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers across our busy shop floors, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general store operations and personal shopping. You will work closely with your management team, supporting the store in reaching targets, selling our collections to customers and ensuring the store looks fabulous at all times. Training tools and product knowledge will be provided; you will learn and develop in a brand where opportunities to progress are available.

What Will I Be Doing?
  • Most time on the shop floor, styling customers in our latest collections and sharing detailed product knowledge to provide an exceptional brand experience.
  • Actively maintain the store’s aesthetic; ensuring product is readily available and floor sets and standards are upheld.
  • Stock replenishment, deliveries and digital orders as part of day-to-day work, utilising digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
  • Make service decisions for customers to resolve issues while retaining loyalty and trust.
  • Work as one AllSaints team to get the best result; greet customers and tailor approach to support the purpose of their visit.
  • Housekeeping and maintaining staff areas to the highest level, showing pride in surroundings.
  • Support and observe peers, seek feedback to support growth and development.

  • Awareness and knowledge of our brand, style and values; support and influence peers and customers.
  • Can-do attitude and enthusiasm; frequent interaction with customers and colleagues on busy shop floors.
  • Good problem solving with pace, empathy and under pressure.
  • Tech savvy; processing transactions and store deliveries using in-store digital tools.
  • Awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks and new product launches; advocate for AllSaints.
  • Excellent attention to detail; confident communicator; love fashion and represent AllSaints.
