Join Our Team as a Style Advisor

Experience a first-class shopping journey with our in-store Style Advisors. These customer service ambassadors go above and beyond to create memorable in-store experiences, ensuring our customers keep returning. Dedicated and hardworking, our Style Advisors focus on understanding customer needs and offering tailored product and styling options to boost store performance.

As a Style Advisor, you will connect with customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote our outstanding customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will stay updated on the latest styles and be a driving force in delivering excellent service, making each customer interaction memorable. Your role will include identifying and advising on outfit building, whether for daywear, workwear, or wedding wear, and helping achieve commercial goals by finding the best style solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities and KPIs
  1. Greet, assist, and sell in a professional, consultative manner to build multiple sales and promote our high-quality premium products.
  2. Inspire customers and drive store performance by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
  3. Operate the electronic Point of Sale system accurately, handle transactions with care, and identify opportunities to engage customers further.
  4. Support daily store operations to promote our brand and products, ensuring a dependable shopping environment.
About You

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You should be reliable, motivated, and flexible to work on a rota basis, adapting to changing priorities. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential, along with sharing your product knowledge and styling expertise.
