Job summary

Jigsaw in Milton Keynes is seeking passionate, friendly Part-Time Style Advisors to join our team. Flexible hours available in-store, permanent position. Learn about Style & Truth and help customers express their own style while upholding our brand standards.

This role focuses on driving sales through analysis, excellent service and collaboration with teammates. We welcome those returning to work or exploring fashion careers, with adjustments offered for interviews as needed.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through KPI analysis.

• Support the store manager in keeping links to customers and communities.
• Assist the manager in their absence and maintain coverage.
• Review replenishment needs to keep best sellers available and VM compliant.

As our journey continues, we're looking for passionate, talented and friendly Part-Time Style Advisors to join the team in our Milton Keynes store, on a permanent basis. Hours are flexible as we have multiple positions available.

What you'll be doing:

• Play an active role in stores sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Role model what exceptional customer experience looks like and support the team in achieving these same high standards
• Supporting the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the managers absence
• Key hold in managers absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and action any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice.
