Job summary

TFG London is seeking a style advisor for the John Lewis Cribbs Causeway store. You will act as a brand ambassador, helping customers build outfits and staying up to date with the latest styles on the shop floor. You will balance shifting priorities and work on a rota basis to ensure excellent in-store service.

You’ll develop deep product knowledge, greet customers confidently, and assist with transactions and stock control. The role offers fashion-focused growth within premium womenswear brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service and fashion advisory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, rota-based environment.
