Job summary

Jigsaw in Belfast is seeking a store colleague to help drive sales through exceptional customer service and strong commercial awareness. You will engage with customers, learn about our fashion and pass that knowledge to shoppers.

As part of the team you will support the manager, stay aligned with VM guidelines, and help keep the store presenting best sellers ready for customers. A generous staff discount and company benefits are on offer.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in store sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis.
• Inspire the team on how to deliver against store targets and KPIs.
• Role model exceptional customer experience and support the team in achieving high standards.
• Support the manager in keeping the store connected to customers and communities.
• Assist the team in the manager’s absence.
• Keep operations smooth when the manager is away.
• Follow all health, safety and security guidelines.
• Review replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented per VM guidelines and best practice.

What you’ll be doing

• Play an active role in store sales growth through commercial analysis and KPI analysis

• Supporting the manager in ensuring our store and team remains connected to our customers, communities, and through collaboration with our teams
• Support the team in the manager’s absence
• Key hold in manager’s absence
• Follow all company health and safety and security guidelines
• Review and action any replenishment needs to ensure best sellers are readily available and the store is presented in line with VM guidelines and commercial best practice.
