Job summary

Jigsaw in Kingston is seeking a warm, passionate Key Holder (Style Advisor) to join our team. You will work 19 hours per week, greeting customers and supporting management while upholding Style & Truth in-store.

You will lead and coach junior staff, operate tills, merchandise stock, and assist with deliveries while maintaining excellent store standards and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, assisting and selling to customers
• Coaching Junior Sales Advisors staff
• Leading staff and direct their activities as briefed by store management
• Operating tills and handling financial transactions
• Merchandising and replenishing stock as directed
• Assisting with deliveries and stock handling as directed
• Working alongside Deputy Manager and Supervisors
• Understanding our company's culture, products and initiatives
• Taking responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement
• To undertake any other reasonable duty as directed by your line managers

What you'll be doing
