Tina Lacey Recruitment is seeking a Study Programme Tutor to cover three centres in Bury, Oldham and Accrington. The role offers up to £30k depending on experience plus a company car.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to young people.
• Ability to engage learners aged 16-19.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to support learners aged 16-19
• Plan and prepare engaging learning sessions
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor learner progress
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners achieve goals
• Develop and maintain relationships with trainees, employers, and colleagues
