You will be responsible for managing and delivering diverse learning opportunities for groups of learners from initial interview and assessment through to successful completion of course and accreditation. You will teach across a range of qualification types and levels, from entry to level 2 as a minimum.
You will be able to effectively design, plan and deliver inspirational programmes of learning in order to achieve the highest academic standards and learning opportunities for learners.
You will deliver learning opportunities that are practical in nature, develop employability and social skills. You willenable learners to achieve accredited qualifications as well as in English and Maths up to GCSE level.

Safeguarding responsibilities: This role will involve daily contact with learners, and you will be engaging in regulated activity relevant to children. All staff have a responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people, and/or vulnerable adults for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact.
