Talentmark are recruiting for a Study Manager to join a pharmaceutical company on a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in Welwyn Garden City and 2 days home working.

You will provide operational input into protocol design, feasibility, country and site selection, and data delivery plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. You will oversee vendors, manage study supplies, and help mitigate risks to keep studies on track.

Qualificações

• Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
• Strong and consistent performance as a Study Manager in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of drug development process and ICH/GCP guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational input on protocol design, country selection, patient centricity, and data plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support feasibility assessments to ensure appropriate countries and sites are selected.
• Manage vendors and third-party suppliers to meet contracted scope and standards.
• Forecast and maintain study supplies (including IMP) to support site operations.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate study-related risks and issues with the team.

£377.54 pd - £415.29 pd PAYE or £500 pd - £550 pd via UMB

Rates are dependent upon experience

Study Manager Role:

• Provide operational expertise into protocol design and feasibility, country selection, patient centricity and data delivery plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support or manage feasibility assessments to ensure countries and sites are selected for participation in studies.
• Ensure vendors and third-party suppliers deliver against contracted scope of work and performance expectations and adhere to all appropriate standards.
• Oversee the forecasting and maintenance of supplies (including IMP) needed to ensure sites have the necessary resources to run clinical studies.
• Assist the study team in the identification, management and mitigation of study-related risks and issues.

Your Background:

• Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
• Have demonstrated strong and consistent performance as a Study Manager (or equivalent) in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
• Possess strong working knowledge of drug development process and relevant regulations, including ICH and GCP guidelines.
• Feel comfortable thinking on your feet and thrive in fast -paced, ambiguous and highly collaborative environments
