What you’ll do

Your responsibilities will include production planning, where you will arrange studio space, models, and location houses, as well as scheduling content into the studios. You will manage the production schedule throughout each shoot, adhering to studio processes, achieving production KPIs, and ensuring budgets are followed. Additionally, you will ensure the quality of all produced content, coordinating the sourcing of assets and products required for each project, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Collaboration, budget tracking, asset management, and building strong relationships within the Studio and Centre of Creative Excellence will be essential to excelling in this role.

Your collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders make you a valuable asset to the Studio team.

  • Experience assisting on projects and delivering on project KPI’s.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling.
  • Experience coordinating projects.
