So marketing here happens at scale. We move faster than you might expect too, across Brand Planning, Brand Comms and Creative, Digital Marketing, CRM and Loyalty, Nectar 360 and Insights. With more people shopping with us every week, there are more interactions, more moments to connect. And thanks to data and insight, we understand our customers in a way few others can. We work alongside incredible brand partners and some of the best agencies in the industry. So if you’re passionate about learning, growing and experiencing new teams, come and explore it all with us.

Why join us

Joining our team at Argos Studio means being part of a vibrant and dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the successful delivery of high-quality content. As a Studio Production Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning and managing complex photoshoots, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results. We value dedication, creativity, and proactive problem-solving, providing the opportunity to think outside the box and make a difference in a fast-paced and delivery-focused setting. With our supportive leadership team and access to continuous learning and development opportunities, joining us means being part of a collaborative and innovative team, working towards shared goals while embracing our core values.

What You'll Do

As a Studio Production Executive within the Studio division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of content projects and shoots. Your responsibilities will include production planning, where you will arrange studio space, models, and location houses, as well as scheduling content into the studios. You will manage the production schedule throughout each shoot, adhering to studio processes, achieving production KPIs, and ensuring budgets are followed. Additionally, you will ensure the quality of all produced content, coordinating the sourcing of assets and products required for each project, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Collaboration, budget tracking, asset management, and building strong relationships within the Studio and Centre of Creative Excellence will be essential to excelling in this role.

Who You Are

As a Studio Production Executive, you are an integral part of the Studio. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing complex photoshoots and ensuring the successful delivery of content projects. Your exceptional communication and influencing skills, combined with your ability to think on your feet and problem-solve, enable you to effectively coordinate studio resources, schedule shoots, and make critical decisions in real-time to meet tight timelines. Your dedication to delivering beyond expectations, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills contribute to the on-time, in full, and within budget delivery of high-quality content that exceeds client expectations. Your collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders make you a valuable asset to the Studio team.

We also recognise and celebrate colleagues when they go the extra mile and, where possible, offer flexible working. When you join our team, we’ll also offer you an amazing range of benefits.

  • Starting off with colleague discount, you'll be able to get 10% off at Sainsbury's, Argos, TU and Habitat after 4 weeks.
  • This increases to 15% off at Sainsbury’s every Friday and Saturday and 15% off at Argos every pay day.
