Job summary

Karo Healthcare in Maidenhead is seeking a Studio Operations & Technology Lead to own how our studios run, scale and deliver. You will blend operations, technology, data and commercial thinking to create smarter ways of working across an international business.

You’ll manage a central pool of freelancers, develop the studio tech ecosystem (Asana, DAM, Dropbox) and drive adoption of automation and AI to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in operations, studio/production environments.
• Hands-on mindset; able to switch between strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to improve workflows across teams.
• Know-how of workflow and digital asset management tools.
• Curiosity about automation, AI and new tech.
• Commercial mindset; experience managing budgets & contracts.
• Comfort with data, KPIs and dashboards for decisions.
• Solid stakeholder management with senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve studio operations, workflows and delivery.
• Lead central freelancer pool; deploy skills quickly and cost-effectively.
• Own studio technology ecosystem (Asana, DAM, Dropbox, file storage).
• Drive adoption of scalable tech, automation and AI.
• Own performance data, reporting and dashboards for visibility.
• Turn data into decision-ready insights for value creation.
• Manage commercial controls across freelance contracts and invoicing.
• Ensure studio, equipment and insurance standards are maintained.
• Escalate operational, commercial, tech and data risks.
• Contribute to Creative Leadership Team with ops/tech/data perspective.
