Job summary

Karo Healthcare, Maidenhead, seeks a Studio Operations & Technology Lead to own and scale studio operations, unite technology and data, and drive efficient use of freelance talent across an international business.

You will champion automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making while collaborating with senior teams to improve workflows and cost effectiveness in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

Experience in operations, studio operations, creative operations, or similar fast-paced environments.
Hands-on mindset with ability to switch between strategy and execution.
Experience improving workflows across multiple teams or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own and improve studio operations, workflows and delivery processes to enable speed and scale.
Lead central shared resource pool, mainly external freelancers, for quick, flexible deployment.
Own and develop studio technology ecosystem including Asana, DAM systems, and file storage.
Drive adoption of scalable technology, automation and AI to improve efficiency.
Own studio performance data, reporting and dashboards for visibility on output and costs.
Turn operational data into insights supporting VCPs, optimization and financial reporting.
