Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience leading operations and cross-functional initiatives in digital/product environments.
• Strong judgement working with senior leaders and ability to filter what to elevate or refuse.

Responsibilities

• Own studio and team operations: operating rhythm, onboarding/offboarding, resourcing logistics, FTE/contractor admin, vendor management, tooling, and budget tracking.
• Lead cross-pillars initiatives (operating model, leadership reviews, enterprise programmes, major events).
• Translate requests into actionable studio responses; protect product/engineering from administrative load.
• Oversee external narrative with stakeholder leadership; plan status, risks, and decisions concisely.
• Build and run practical operating cadences and artefacts; retire ineffective ceremonies.
• Line-manage Sr. Manager, Product & Studio Operations; set standards for admin/logistics delivery.
• Coordinate dependencies with governance, finance, HR to avoid stalled delivery.
• Identify portfolio conflicts and surface decisions with recommended calls.
• Model studio culture in enterprise settings: pace, candour, and respect for craft.
