Job summary

• Strong judgment in navigating senior leadership dynamics.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own Studio Operations: manage operating rhythm, onboarding, resourcing logistics, and vendor management.
• Lead Cross-Pillar Initiatives spanning across pillars, including leadership reviews and major events.
• Shield the team: translate senior leadership requests into actionable responses, reducing admin burden.
• Communicate effectively: provide concise updates on plans, risks, and decisions.
• Foster a productive environment with a lean operating cadence and fewer unnecessary meetings.
