Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd, in partnership with a luxury design studio in South West London, seeks a senior interior designer to lead a growing design team at a pivotal expansion stage.

You will drive design cohesion across FF&E, oversee project delivery from concept to completion, manage timelines and budgets, and collaborate with the Director and department heads on high-end residential and international projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience running a UK based, high-end interior design studio.
• Ability to lead a team of 20+ designers working on national and international projects.
• Strong interior design background paired with proven experience elevating design standards.
• Experience reviewing and implementing internal systems, processes, team organisation, timelines and budgets.
• Exceptional client management experience and business development abilities.

This opportunity will see the successful candidate lead a growing interior design team at an exciting and pivotal stage of the company’s expansion.
