Job summary

Planning Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Interior Designer for its London team to lead multiple small-scale high-end residential projects. You will drive design development, supervise teams and present concepts to clients, ensuring schedules and budgets are met.

You will apply strong FF&E knowledge, technical design skills and supplier coordination while mentoring junior designers and engaging with suppliers at events. Hybrid working and flexible hours are provided.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years' experience delivering high-end residential interior design projects.
• Proven experience leading high-end residential projects.
• Strong FF&E knowledge, including procurement processes and bespoke furniture.
• Technical design knowledge.
• Experience managing project budgets and strong commercial awareness.
• Confident client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with suppliers.
• Previous experience mentoring or coaching junior designers.
• Relevant Interior Design qualification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
