Job summary

Carrington West is pleased to be working with an established planning consultancy in Cardiff that is appointing an experienced Town Planning Director to lead the team and drive growth.

The successful candidate will be Chartered (MRTPI) with strong private sector consultancy experience and a proven track record in developing client relationships and winning new business.

This role offers ownership within an expanding platform and a leadership position to shape strategy across Cardiff and Wales.

Town Planning Director - Cardiff

The successful candidate will be Chartered (MRTPI) and have strong private sector consultancy experience, together with a proven track record of developing client relationships and winning new business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an existing network of clients and contacts to bring their following into an established platform, whilst taking a leadership role within the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing an established planning team.
• Managing and growing key client relationships.
• Bringing in new business and developing existing opportunities.
