Job summary

One City is seeking a reliable Cleaning & Facilities Support to keep our studio spaces spotless and ready for every class. You will manage towels, stock, and routine housekeeping, ensuring a smooth member experience from open to close.

The role requires attention to detail, consistency, and strong teamwork with front-of-house and the Studio Lead team. Flexible shifts start as early as 5:30am and finish by 8:30pm, reflecting the studio schedule.

Qualifications

• Reliability and consistency in performing daily cleaning tasks.
• Attention to detail to spot smudges, misplacements, and faulty dispensers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Strong teamwork and coordination with front-of-house and studio leads.

Responsibilities

• Between-class turnaround: clean and reset studio rooms between classes.
• Maintain cleanliness in changing rooms, walkways, and reception areas throughout shift.
• Towel management: keep towels clean, folded, replenished.
• Stock replenishment: top up toiletries and supplies to avoid shortages.
• Operational support and team coordination to keep studio performance-ready.
