Job summary

One City is seeking a reliable Cleaning & Facilities support to maintain spotless and well-stocked spaces at Battersea Power Station. You’ll ensure cleanliness across studios, manage towels and supplies, and support operations to keep the member experience seamless from open to close.

The role requires comfort working in a fast-paced, live studio environment and collaboration with the Front of House and Studio Lead teams. Early starts and weekend shifts are part of the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Studio Cleanliness: Clean and reset studio rooms in between and after every class, ensuring the space is spotless for the next session.
• Towels & Stock: Keep towels cleaned, folded, and replenished; monitor and top up toiletries and supplies.
• Operational Support: Spot and resolve cleanliness issues before they become member-facing problems; coordinate with Front of House and Studio Lead to keep the studio performance-ready.

This role is the backbone of the studio experience — a high-performance studio only feels high-performance whenit'sspotless, stocked, and ready to go.You'llbe responsible formaintainingour cleanliness standards throughout the day, keeping every space performance-ready from open to close.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio Cleanliness

• Between-Class Turnaround:Clean and reset studio rooms in between and after every class, ensuring the space is spotless and ready for the next session.
• Continuous Standards:Maintainconsistent cleaning of changing rooms, walkways, and reception areas throughout your shift — not just at set intervals.

Towels & Stock

• Towel Management:Keep towels cleaned, folded, and fully replenished throughout the day.
• Stock Replenishment:Monitorand top up amenities and consumables (toiletries, supplies, etc.) so members never find anything running low.

Operational Support

• Proactive Eye:Spot and resolve cleanliness issues before they become member-facing problems.
• Team Coordination:Work alongside the Front of House and Studio Lead team tokeep the whole studio "performance-ready" at all times.

THE LOGISTICS

• Flexibility is Key:Our community moves early and stays late. Shifts can start as early as 5:30am or finish as late as 8:30pm.
• Weekend Energy:We'reopen 7 days a week, so regular weekend work isrequired.
