Job summary

Liberty Swadlincote is seeking a Studio Assistant to support the photography studio for the Liberty London website. You will work with the inhouse team, the head office and our warehouse to deliver assets across all categories in a fast‑paced retail environment.

The role focuses on stock flow, preparing shoots, keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining an efficient studio space. The ideal candidate is proactive, well‑organised, and comfortable using Microsoft Office to track assets and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and build cross‑department relationships.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritise, and stay organised under pressure.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of stock in and out of the studio, logging and returning items to the warehouse promptly.
• Assist photographers and stylists with organising, steaming, and prepping stock for shoots.
• Schedule shoots in line with content deadlines and business priorities.
• Keep stakeholders informed on studio progress and flag delays or issues early.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to keep stock records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain a clean, organised studio space and support the wider team with ad hoc tasks.
• Suggest improvements to studio workflows and stock handling and feed back to the Studio Manager.
