Studio Assistant at Cherry Blossom Interiors — Based in Livingston

We’re looking for a proactive, sharp, and emotionally intelligent Studio Assistant to support our work at Cherry Blossom Interiors — a high-end renovation company specialising in bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and full interior transformations. You’ll be based in our Livingston studio, working closely alongside the founder on a mix of customer care, supplier coordination, admin, and design operations. This is a dynamic role with room to grow.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone with common sense and a strong can-do attitude
A self-starter who takes initiative — you see what’s needed and do it without waiting to be told
Experience with Xero or confidence with digital systems
Excellent communicator — with both customers and trades
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Flexible, adaptable, and open to change
A fast learner who loves learning and wants to grow with the business
Bonus if you have experience in construction, interiors, or KBB (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms)
Role includes:
Studio-based admin support (orders, quotes, scheduling)
Liaising with suppliers and trades
Helping clients through the design process
Supporting project planning and workflow systems
Organising samples, emails, and small studio tasks
Working directly with the founder to keep things running smoothly.
This is a progression role — perfect for someone eager to take on more responsibility and grow quickly within a design-led renovation business.
Pay & Flexibility:
Starting at £13/hour, depending on your expertise.
Flexible hours to begin — with potential to grow into a permanent or full-time role
Role based at our studio in Livingston
