Zusammenfassung

Wymondham College is seeking a Wellbeing Manager to support the wellbeing, safety and personal development of students aged 11-18. You will line-manage the wellbeing team, oversee targeted interventions for vulnerable groups and collaborate with senior leaders, teaching staff and external agencies to ensure timely, effective support.

The role is permanent, term-time only, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary within the FTE range stated and pro rata for term-time.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification/experience in education, youth work, counselling, social care, or a related field (Level 3+ desirable).
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent is required.
• Ongoing professional development in safeguarding, mental health, trauma-informed practice, or behaviour support is encouraged.
• Safeguarding training (DSL training can be provided).
• First Aid or Mental Health First Aid qualification (or willingness to undertake training).

Aufgaben

• Lead the wellbeing team and oversee targeted interventions for vulnerable groups.

• Ensure timely, effective support to promote social, emotional and academic wellbeing.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and promote welfare across the college.
• Coordinate wellbeing awareness events and initiatives.
