Job summary

Denbigh High School in Luton is expanding its pastoral team and is inviting applications for an additional Pastoral Leader. The post's overall responsibility is to provide excellent day-to-day pastoral care for students and to support safeguarding and welfare initiatives.

You will manage students, administer systems for welfare and safeguarding, and support colleagues with training and induction. The role is term-time plus five training days, with 37 hours per week over 39 weeks per year,

Qualifications

• Provide excellent day-to-day pastoral care for students.
• Responsible for the management of students and administration of various systems and procedures relating to student welfare, well-being and safeguarding.
• Appointment subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
