Torquay Girls' Grammar School is seeking a Pastoral Supervisor to join our dedicated Pastoral Team. The role is a permanent position, 35 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, contributing to a supportive, caring environment for every student.

You will work with a Head of Year and tutor teams to provide consistent pastoral support, helping students develop leadership, teamwork and resilience while engaging in a broad range of activities and opportunities within the school community.

Responsibilities

• Support the pastoral care team to ensure the health and happiness of each student.
• Work closely with the Head of Year and tutor teams to provide consistent pastoral support.
• Contribute to the school’s House culture and extra-curricular activity schedule to promote student well-being and engagement.
• Provide a welcoming and supportive environment where students can access guidance and develop positive behaviours and resilience.
