Job summary

Beckfoot School is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastoral Manager to support the wellbeing, safety and inclusion of students. You will work closely with staff, families and external agencies to create a school environment where every student feels supported, understood and able to succeed.

• Experience or commitment to safeguarding/child welfare is preferred.
• Ability to engage with students, staff, families and external agencies.
• Demonstrates empathy, resilience and a proactive approach to student support.
