Job summary

Royal Wootton Bassett Academy is seeking a dedicated Student Manager to promote the emotional well-being and safety of students, helping them engage with learning and overcome barriers. You will work closely with students and families to support education and create a safe, supportive environment.

The role is permanent, full-time, term-time plus two weeks (41 weeks), with hours 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. Salary bands and start date vary with experience; closing date is 15 September 2026.
