Job summary

• Experience in pastoral care, youth work, education, psychology, or SEND support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with students.
• Calm, patient and consistent behaviour management.
• Willingness to collaborate with safeguarding teams and external professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
• Build positive relationships with students and the wider pastoral team.
• Support students with emotional regulation, attendance, and engagement.
• Assist with managing behaviour using restorative approaches.
• Work with teachers, safeguarding teams, and external professionals as required.
