The Friary School in Lichfield is seeking a proactive Student Support Assistant to join our pastoral team. This permanent, term-time position is 37 hours per week (8am-4pm Mon-Thu, 8am-3:30pm Fri). The role focuses on building positive relationships with students, guiding learning, and promoting good behaviour to help pupils overcome barriers to achievement.

Start date is October 2026. Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK, qualifications and references will be required.
