Temporary Learning Manager

Full time, term time

Outwood Academy Freeston has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. You will support learning through data analysis, strategic intervention, and monitoring to maximize student attainment.

As a Learning Manager, you must have the ability to work with students and have a genuine interest in their issues. You will monitor and support all students in the year group, academically and behaviorally. You will collaborate with the Inclusion Co-ordinator and the Leadership Team to improve student behavior, attendance, and outcomes. Daily, you will work with students to help them reach their potential.

The successful candidate must be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines. The ability to work independently, lead by example, and communicate professionally with students, parents, and external agencies is essential.

This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave.
