Job Title: Student Support Officer (Financial Support)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £26,338 - £26,942 per annum

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Support Officer (Financial Support) to join our professional team. This varied and rewarding role supports students across both Higher and Further Education, with a particular focus on financial wellbeing and funding support.

As part of the Student Services team, you will provide a high-quality front-line service, assisting with enquiries across accommodation, wellbeing, and general student support. A key element of this role is the administration of financial support schemes - you will help assess applications, manage fund payments, and provide vital guidance to students facing financial hardship.

You will also be a key contributor to the student experience through your support for Open Days and other engagement activities. If you are highly organised, empathetic, and thrive in a fast-paced student-centred environment, we would love to hear from you.
