Job summary

You will work with individuals and small groups, support understanding of instructions, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. The role includes basic data recording, ICT support, and aiding with educational visits as required, under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals or small groups under supervision and provide feedback to teachers.
• Support pupils to understand instructions and promote independent learning.
• Assist with behaviour management and keeping pupils on task.
• Help maintain pupil safety and support social and emotional well‑being.
• Prepare learning resources and classroom displays, and tidy the learning area.
• Record pupil data as required and assist with educational visits when needed.
