Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust in the West Midlands is seeking a SEND Support Assistant to work with individuals and small groups to promote inclusion and provide support for teaching and personalised learning.

The post holder should have experience with secondary school age students, be able to motivate learners, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• The post holder should have experience of working with secondary school age students to support their learning and be able to demonstrate their ability to motivate students. Have a secure understanding of the learning process and what motivates young people in their learning. Have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds.
