This role is based at our Barnfield Campus in Luton, supporting students with wellbeing and pastoral needs, including mental health. You will work directly with students, collaborate with curriculum teams, and support safeguarding and welfare monitoring.
Key responsibilities include providing personalised intervention sessions, liaising with students, parents, and professionals, and maintaining accurate records. Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults is preferred. Training will be provided for Mental Health First Aid if needed.
This is a full-time, term-time only position for 37 hours per week, starting August 2025, with potential early start on an hourly basis. The role involves occasional travel to other sites.
