Job summary

Elizabeth School of London in Leeds is seeking a Student Success Tutor to support student retention and satisfaction. The role involves direct student guidance, coordinating with registries and student services, and assisting with enrolment and induction.

The ideal candidate will have a UK-recognised Bachelor’s degree and at least one year in higher education teaching or academic support, with a strong customer service ethic and teamwork skills. This is a full-time, on-site position at ESL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any UK recognised university and minimum 1 year of experience in working at any HEI environment in teaching or academic support role.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently as required.
• Strong customer service ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to support students.
• Able to coordinate and prioritise a range of activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to students on academic matters and study skills.
• Monitor student progress and retention, and communicate with the support teams.
• Engage with students to foster belonging and active participation in ESL activities.
• Assist in enrolment, induction and administrative duties related to tutoring.
• Maintain records of meetings and ensure data protection compliance.
