Job summary

The Henley College in Henley-on-Thames seeks a dedicated Personal and Professional Development Tutor to support around 200 students through a structured tutorial programme. Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and student-focused individual to join our support staff team as a Personal and Professional Development (PPD) Tutor. In this key role, you will support the pastoral, social, and academic development of approximately 200 students through our structured tutorial programme.

You will play a vital role in monitoring student progress, attendance, and wellbeing, ensuring that learners are fully supported throughout their time at College. Acting as a first point of contact for students, parents, and staff, you will provide guidance, respond to concerns, and implement appropriate support or disciplinary processes when required.

Additionally, you will plan and deliver engaging tutorial sessions covering a range of topics including personal wellbeing, employability skills, careers, safeguarding, and progression opportunities. You will maintain accurate student records, support course changes, and ensure students are prepared for their next steps beyond College.
