Job summary

EF Manchester International Language Campus is seeking a proactive Student Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for students and staff. You will support welcoming arrivals, manage registrations, and assist with travel and visa queries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role involves coordinating welcome packages, ID badges, attendance tracking, and responding to inquiries with professionalism. A DBS check and references are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding customer service from reception, serving as the first point of contact for student and staff enquiries
  • Facilitates student intakes, including preparing welcome packages, producing identification badges, welcoming new students on arrival and assisting with weekly registration
  • Handles direct sales enquiries, conducts campus tours for walk‑in visitors and prospective students, and maintains excellent relationships with sales colleagues
  • Responds to student correspondence, emails, telephone queries and administrative requests, confirming booking changes and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Monitors student attendance, recording daily registers and following up with non‑attending students
  • Assists students with travel and visa insurance issues and claims
  • Conducts student satisfaction follow‑ups and works towards whole‑school KPI targets
  • Maintains the reception area in a clean, tidy and professional condition
  • Deals with general daily student enquiries
  • Undertakes other duties as requested by the Head of Student Services

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for students and staff, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and well‑run campus experience. You’ll help create a supportive and vibrant environment for international students, all while developing valuable skills in communication and operations.
