Student Administration is responsible for delivering core administrative functions related to the student journey from Enrolment to Completion. The Directorate is part of the wider Student Journey Division which is focused on delivering an excellent student and staff experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient services and support.
The Student Services Centre within Student Administration has been designed to provide a central point of contact for all non-academic enquiries and services, making it easy for students to obtain the information and help they need. The team is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient services to support students through their journey at the University.
Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent customer service putting students at the heart of everything we do. They should have a proven ability to innovate; utilising excellent IT, organisational and interpersonal skills. In addition, they must be able to work under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to changing requirements in a busy environment. The role-holder will work closely with other colleagues across Professional Services, to ensure that a well-co-ordinated service is provided to students.
The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. This position is not eligible for hybrid working.
