Job summary

The CS College Group Residential provision provides accommodation for students aged 16+ and requires a Residential Coordinator to support the Residential Team with administration and direct interaction with students, staff and external providers. The post holder will be the first point of contact for Residential applicants and will progress full-time applications, ensuring accurate records and GDPR compliance.

Based primarily at Cannington College, travel to other sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Residential Team and interact with students, staff and external providers.
• Be the first point of contact for Residential applicants and progress full-time applications.
• Ensure records are accurate and GDPR compliant.
• Coordinate with the Student Funding, Finance, Health & Safety, Facilities and Maintenance teams.
• Arrange procurement of suitable items such as furniture when required.
• Contribute to creation and streamlining of administrative procedures.
