UCS College Group is seeking an Accommodation Officer (commercial) to support the Residential Team across our campuses, handling allocations, GDPR compliance and liaison with students, staff and external providers.

Based primarily at Cannington College with occasional travel to other sites, the role emphasizes safeguarding, administration, and timely invoicing for residential accommodation. A collaborative approach and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Progress allocations for block release and commercial bookings.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Liaise with finance to raise invoices for residential accommodation.
• Coordinate with Health & Safety, Facilities and Maintenance teams.
• Travel to other sites as required; mainly based at Cannington College.
