About You

You will have a Level 5 qualification or higher and bring experience from an academic administrative role, ideally within a hospitality-focused higher education institution. Your understanding of educational processes, especially in an international context, will be key to your success.

You are:

  • A confident communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a positive, professional attitude and a strong customer service ethos.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
  • Multilingual? That’s a plus French and/or other languages are advantageous.

Your Responsibilities

You will support the Student Registry Services Officer and contribute to a wide range of academic and administrative processes, including:

  • Monitoring department and academic mailboxes and responding to queries.
  • Producing documents in response to student requests.
  • Assisting with student registration and tracking in various systems.
  • Coordinating master documents and preparing reports/statistics.
  • Supporting examination logistics and timetabling.
  • Managing student absences and engagement tracking.
  • Assisting with field trip organization and student surveys.
  • Acting as a liaison across departments to support the student lifecycle.
  • Participating in institutional projects and events, including graduation and open days.

Requirements

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work on-site at the Glion London Campus.
