Job summary

The Royal College of Art is seeking a highly organised Registry Officer to join our Registry Operations team, supporting admissions, enrolment and student records for our postgraduate community.

You will manage the end-to-end admissions workflow from checks and offer generation through to registration, respond to applicant inquiries via ServiceNow, and ensure CAS documents meet UKVI, data protection and College timelines. Excellent communication and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Good understanding of the student lifecycle and admissions processes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

Responsibilities

• Support admissions and enrolment from checks and offer generation through to registration.
• Maintain accurate and complete student records.
• Respond to applicant and student enquiries via ServiceNow.
• Assist with CAS documents and UKVI compliance and data protection requirements.
