Job summary

Juniper Training Ltd in the UK is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Officer to join our team. You will lead on recruiting students onto our training programmes, guiding them through the process and ensuring accurate paperwork.

You’ll build relationships with schools, agencies and referral partners, promote Juniper pathways and apprenticeships at events, and use social media to raise our profile.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Level 2 English and Maths.
• Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities.
• Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources.
• Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shops.
• Using social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract students.
• Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork.
• Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans to ensure students thrive.
• Ensuring our Telford centre meets its student recruitment targets.
