Job summary

Juniper Training in Telford is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Officer to support student recruitment for our training programmes. You will actively recruit, engage with schools and local agencies, promote Juniper pathways, and interview applicants to help them start their journey with us.

The role is part-time (18.75 hours/week) at £26k-£30k FTE with pro-rata £13k-£15k, plus additional OTE opportunities, and is based at our Telford centre.

Qualifications

• Essential: Level 2 English and Maths.
• Experience in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activities.
• Building strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sources.
• Promoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through events and activities.
• Using social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract students.
• Interviewing potential students and completing accurate paperwork.
• Identifying support needs and creating initial support plans.
• Ensuring the Telford centre meets its student recruitment targets.
