Edge Hill University is seeking an Education Liaison Assistant in the Student Recruitment team. The role centres on delivering presentations, workshops and information sessions to schools and colleges, and representing the university at careers fairs and recruitment events across the UK.

Some travel across the North West and beyond, with occasional evenings and weekends, is required. You will build partnerships with schools and advisers to create programmes that raise awareness and encourage

• Enthusiastic, confident communicator able to build rapport with students and teachers.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Able to work independently with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel across the North West and beyond, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver presentations, workshops and information sessions to students at schools and colleges
• Provide tailored advice and guidance to a wide range of audiences
• Represent the university at careers fairs, exhibitions and recruitment events regionally and across the UK
• Build and strengthen relationships with schools and colleges beyond the North West
• Work with key contacts to create programmes of activity that raise awareness and encourage applications
