Job summary

BIMM University is seeking a Student Recruitment Insights and Forecasting Analyst in Brighton. You will analyze the student recruitment pipeline end-to-end, build enrolment forecasts, and provide actionable insights to support decisions across Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams.

You'll create dashboards and visualisations, track performance against targets, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to improve conversion and overall recruitment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing student recruitment pipelines within a higher education environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and conversion dynamics across the student lifecycle, from enquiry through to enrolment.
• Experience creating and applying forecasting models, scenario planning and performance projections.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight that supports decision-making.
• Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment performance across the full student journey, identifying trends and key drivers of performance.
• Create and maintain enrolment forecasts, scenario models and projections for planning and budgeting.
• Monitor recruitment performance against targets, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Produce clear analyses to support decision-making across Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams.
• Segment and interpret recruitment data across programme, market, domicile, applicant type and channel.
• Create dashboards and visualisations to help stakeholders understand performance.
