Northumberland College is seeking a Student Recruitment and Engagement Officer based in Northumberland. The role focuses on delivering recruitment events and engagement activities to drive enrolment across cohorts, including 16-18, HE, adult learners and apprenticeships.

You will build relationships with schools and external partners while promoting the college’s offerings. The role requires strong communication, event management and collaboration with internal teams, with a permanent, full-time

Qualifications

• Experience in public speaking such as delivering presentations or workshops.
• Experience of working in an events related or marketing role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events.

Responsabilités

• Plan & Deliver Recruitment Events: organise internal and external events (open days, campus visits, school outreach).
• Promote College Offerings: deliver engaging presentations and workshops showcasing college pathways.
• Develop External Partnerships: build relationships with schools, community groups and partners.
• Event Promotion: collaborate with Marketing to promote events via digital, print and social media.
• Track & Evaluate Impact: use CRM data to monitor performance and inform improvements.
• Coordinate with Colleagues: work with curriculum, student services, estates and other teams.
